I had been to Gyeongju before, so I knew where to find that milk bottle looking structure (Cheomseongdae), perhaps the "oldest surviving observatory in East Asia." It was the restaurant where a Japanese friend and I ate dinner. At the time, there were no fast food restaurants in the neighborhood. We had walked and walked. We found it very strange that no one we asked (all Koreans working in the neighborhood) could tell us where a restaurant was. Anyway, when we found this place, we stopped and ate. We ordered two different pasta dishes and shared them.
