I think I've done a pretty good job of reprogramming all my "wants." Most of the time, I don't want to pig out. Once in awhile I do (at a buffet kind of place). I don't want to deprive myself of foods that I enjoy eating, but neither do I wish to indulge so much that I gain more weight than I want because of it. I want to maintain a range of weight and, as best as I can, keep my waistline under my control.
On the plate above is half a very delicious chicken nugget and vegetable rolled sandwich next to some Colby Jack cheese, a banana, and some whole milk.
