Food Diary: Thursday, September 13, 2012

     Generally, on Monday through Friday's, I use my lunch time to get some nutrients (especially protein) into my body quickly.  Left overs can be so useful for that, and I had a left over pancake (into which I had added dried fruit to the egg, milk, and flour mix [no sugar] ).  

I love love LOVE Asian pears!

     I made a note (in my head) to eat more vegetables later.  This lunch should keep me satisfied through most of work time.

     After gym, while riding my bike home, I stopped at a bank to pay an electric bill.  When I got inside, I saw this blood pressure machine.  After I paid my bill, I used it.  

     That's 126/72 at 98, and I'm totally cool with that!
