Food Diary: Tuesday, September 18, 2012

      I baked it in my little convection oven at about 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

     Rinsed off the spinach.  Placed the wet spinach in a nonstick pan over low heat while the fish baked. 

      I think Asian pears are AWESOME!  I washed and sliced this quarter of a pear.

     I sprinkled black pepper and dotted hot sauce on the fish, covered the spinach with a slice of Gouda cheese, and sliced the pear.  BTW:  that's a small salad plate.
