My early days of cooking in Korea






          Learning to make do with my small apartment, one-eye burner, rice cooker, a few pans and utensil was an adventure.  So was finding out what I could find at the supermarket.  Some of the foods were new to me.

          The biggest problem was dealing with my very small refrigerator, so I had to remember to not buy too much and not cook too much.

          After about month, my boss helped me find a portable convection oven that I used a lot in my apartment.  Woohoo!
