Fresh, Fresh, Fresh on Puerto Galera and Boracay

      For a day and a half, on the way to Boracay, Cebu, and Bohol, I stayed at Puerto Galera, where I enjoyed fresh fixin's like this.

     I wanted some fresh Calamari, and fresh Calamari is what I got!  I watched the man weigh the squid, slice it, make the better from scratch, batter the squid, fry it, and serve it to me.    That was on Boracay.
