Snails, the first time I ate one

     As you can see in the picture above, the snails were very small.  After sucking one out of the shell I learned that it had no flavor that I could tell.  Each was tiny like a bee-bee, and its texture was crunchy, not like a cracker, but like a bit of chopped walnut.  I couldn't figure out why people even bothered to eat them.  I'll bet word has it that eating them, supposedly, enhances something.



      I was told that it is a Japanese restaurant that featured raw fish.  I enjoyed the cooked fish more.

      I always limited my alcohol consumption.  I'm not crazy about Soju.  I like a nice cold beer, but after a couple, I don't like beer much anymore.
