Last night, I offered to pay, but they insisted, "No."



      This bacon was cut thicker.  

Pork skin anyone? 








     They say this stew is great for hangover recovery.  I don't know about that, and I'm in no hurry to test the idea!  Still, I think it's delicious.  It reminds me of stews made with pinto beans.  In Korea, they use soy beans to make it.  Some restaurants make it spicier than others.  



     "Soju" they call it!  Cheaper than water at the supermarket, others say!  I've seen LOTS of empty bottles in trash bags ready for pick up.  To me, it tastes like "Nyquil," and it makes me drowsy just likewise.  I'm not fond of it straight up.  If I have it at all, I'll add a shot to a glass of beer.
